Before you ask, Yes, we are qualified to do so.My father, who has been in the trades his whole life and is also the smartest person I know, has an aptitude for teaching and has a plethora of knowledge of share.

Most companies realize that "those who can, DO, those who can't, TEACH"That means that if the people who were teaching it were any good at it they would be doing it, not teaching it.

I would just ignore it. ya my initial reaction was BS  either someone flat out lying or they are teaching this at the tarek class's as a way to get your low balls seriously looked at. same thing as wholesalers who have a cash buyer partner when in fact they have no partner LOL.. its all just BS  

It’s possible that he is just trying to teach me a lesson about how “not all deals should be pursued”, but I want to exhaust my options first.Thanks! 

I like JaxREIA, I used to teach classes there and learned a bunch from great people there.

Went back to school, got my BA, started a career, (for me teaching).

All the stuff the seminars teach can be learned through your REIA, making connections with other investors, and even partnering on a deal.
