How much do I charge for Rehabbing Classes?

I'm thinking about offering a 3-4 month long hands on classroom where students can attend a rehab in progress from start to finish in order to learn the ins-and-outs of rehabbing a property and everything that goes along with it. Before you ask, Yes, we are qualified to do so. My father, who has been in the trades his whole life and is also the smartest person I know, has an aptitude for teaching and has a plethora of knowledge of share. He would be doing the teaching while my brother and I do the work. I think that would be a good retirement plan for him and a win/win for everyone. I'm trying to figure out a fair price to charge for this and am having trouble finding anything to compare it to. Any Suggestions?
