Any leads on a great accountant? 

@Alex Finken thats great man just keep in mind that some of the number may not work and some of them are tired of people calling them or have already sold their properties.Are you looking for different ways to market and get leads?

Once the place is rented my plan was to use rental income as well as my income to pay off the loan quickly and purchase another rental property compounding payments on each subsequent property.

The services being offered are quite a bit (they even have a database that can generate leads, they do cold calling, and the whole nine!)...
