Help! Need a Certified Lead Abatement co. or to demo the home!
Hello everyone! I have a friend in a situation where there are Section 8 tenants. The tenant complained about lead-based paint and found that their child had lead poisoning. Now, my friend is required to either remove the lead by a certified lead-abatement company (estimated at $25,000), or knock the building down (Estimated at least $15,000). Any suggestions? Any grants you know of? We are located in Central Ohio. Thank you!
