I've been reading up and watching videos on note investing and I understand the concept and like it very much.

I have both systems, the Fast Track System is great for beginners as it shows you step by step instructions to include video, contacts, marketing strategy & REI resources that otherwise would take you a lot time to find on your own.  

That's why the one I listed above appealed to me they listed the whole process online or in videos.

You also have to attend a handful of live classes, but you can do that as a webinar--they actually feed the video from the live class, and it is quite interactive.

I watched several you tube videos and read carpet installation specifications to learn how.

Now, we knew what to expect as we did an inspection prior to releasing them from the lease, communicated all that with the Section 8 program (they lost their voucher after their case worker so the video and the pictures), but still...I don't wont to be so negative and deny potentially "decent" people a good house to live in, but look at the pictures below!

We take 150-200 pictures of the property along with a full video prior to moving in.

With butt joints, you have to taper the mud from further away to hide the extra height.If you want to DIY it, check for videos on youtube.  

I believe in education and have purchased so many programs about RE Investing-Books, Tapes, Courses, Licenses, Seminars, Videos... and the best advice I think I ever received TO was find a local REIA!
