Your proceeds can be used for other investments that produce cash flow.It also depends on your long term goals -- if you want high-appreciation properties and this build signals an influx of residents/businesses, it might bring up the local property values and continue your appreciation climb.If you invest strictly for cash flow, this probably isn't the right property for you.

@Jonathan Bouren I suggest you first find a multifamily and run the numbers and then drum up interest.Also, I would challenge you to consider working with someone that has a track record of producing profitable, consistent investments instead of an agent that can work miracles. -- just a thought
