What should I do with $300k?
I have a rental in Florida free and clear worth about 170 and around 130 in cash. I want to combine it and buy a multi family that is income producing. Not interested in too much work/rehab, just to get the highest cash flow possible. I’ve always been interested in multi families but pretty new to it. Any ideas?

Buy $1,000,000 worth of cash-flowing real estate assets, hire a property manager to deal with them for you, and sit pretty on your cashflow each month while you gain equity, have tax advantages, and have someone else pay down your debt.
Cha ching!
