@Eric KajkaTHanks for the post   1) your FIL  will have  approx 2-3%  of selling expenses  assuming there are no realtors involved ..assuming 600K sales price  and existing loan amount  he will likely  net   a bit under the  400K  needed for AZ house ...he  will also likely have  some  costs  involved  with moving and buying the  AZ home .   

I'd like to modernize the experience for tenants of the properties so I am concerned with tenant features on the AIO platform e.g.; Turbotenant seems to offer more to tenants with the credit building feature and more options to pay.

Lastly is there a post I can reference when getting insurance quotes?

As I said in another post, I think these cabins should be within 5% of each other and they are nowhere near that close this year.
