For colleges with a large international student base, MTR can work because parents will stay longer, but for short-term and likely for UTA, short-term would work, but also would expose you to way more occupancy.

Based on the court foreclosure documents, there are automatic silent liens of estate/inheritance tax from the NJ as well US.

I've also started to assemble a potential team based in the Beaufort area, including attorneys, property inspectors, and an accountant.

So, I get it, why many here don't see the value, it is probably based on personal experience.

I'd probably lean more towards Richardson than Carrollton based on what the people I know say about schools.
