I'd really like to see what kind of software is used when tracking large numbers of files.

I've heard lenders requiring it for agents--it's a software platform that alot of lenders and servicers are using to automate their various default and loss mitigation processes.

The deals come through at various times when other offers are rejected or don't go through so I monitor the properties I'm most interesed in and then I stay persistent and make additional offers.

I've been involved in some of the largest scale software development in the world, and while I admit things are much less complicated when not having to deal with large-scale hardware development, the principles are the same.

If you do make sure u have a SIMPLE opt in page form hooked to a auto responder (or much better customer management software) And keep hitting the list.
