Two other surveyors had been contracted to perform surveys for separate owners which they did and they were 'good', but if you attempted to perpetuate their survey information into the remainder of the block you ended up with homes that were splitting lot lines and encroaching into City owned ROW ect. and the two survey's would never match up lot lines ect. 

The cash flow vs appreciation is an important distinction I didn’t think of.

It is only about 50 square feet of flooring that needs replacing but the laminate flooring is no longer available and I can’t seem to match it.
