Mobile Home Property - Good deal or No?

Looking for a first deal with low risk and low entry price. In my area there are a lot of mobile homes in a decent area located near jobs, transportation and the busier part of town. From what I’ve gathered landlords are renting around $1400-$1700 for mobile like the link I’ve added. Given the price point of $50,000, I would make my money back in 2.5 years. Is there something I’m missing or are these mobile homes great deals?

@Michael Reynolds Yes, if you learn your market and get to know the mobile home investing business it can be quite profitable. Though, if you're going to buy I'd be careful on the types of neighborhoods you choose which attract a certain type of clientele. Just be sure the areas you choose to work in attract the type of clientele that your feel comfortable with and work with your personality. Hope that helps!
