Like @Ron Brady I currently only have my primary residence that I purchased in march 2021.

First time landlord here - Our lease is up on March 1 and I had sent notices to our tenant  at the beginning of December to notify him of rental increases as well as lease renewals (or not). 

@Chris Webb - if you're talking about .5% increase in March, I'm of the opinion that will happen.
