Also, I need to hang my license with a broker.

I went around to the back yard and it was there that I saw baby doll heads hanging from strings from the trees (I am not kidding you).

However, unless she were in the hospital with tubes hanging out of her, I wouldn't pay double just to do a no money down seller financed deal.

I am looking for a small broker in the DFW area to hang my license with...a place where I have the freedom to sell 1 house a year...or 150 houses per year...my main goal is personal real estate investing and flipping, not full time agent (unless it led to that)....any suggestions ???

Finally, the administrative hassle of an LLC is annoying at best.The only reason I would do an LLC is if I had another business and I was worried about getting sued with regard to that business and having the judgment creditor grab the property that's hanging out there in my name.

Definitely jump in and start hanging out here in the forums.

of course, i would probably hang in there, get the rehab straightened out, and get a buyer who wants financing (from you).
