Hello BP Members! My name is Gloria Dixon and I currently live in Capitol Heights, MD. I am new to RE and RE investing. I have just a little experience in RE and I gained that small bit of experience as a first time home buyer. With that purchase and then later foreclosure, I vowed to learn all I could about RE and to be able to help others so that they do not fall into the same pitfall as I did. So, I have decided to become as educated as I can about RE investing and property management. My goals are to become a licensed Realtor; become a RE investor; and become a landlord and property manager. I know, I know, it's a lot to take on but I'm up for the challenge. At this point in my life, I think it's now or never in regards to my financial present and future! I joined this community to learn, so please feel free to share your highs, lows, and the in between in regard to your experiences. Thanks!
