Dallas Area Real Estate

I am in the DFW area and would love to meetup with other investors/real estate agents...I am new to BP and real estate. I recently passed the real estate exam and I am ready to get into real estate sales/investing/flipping you name it!!!... just eager to get involved in RE...maybe I can setup a meetup group up in the area...???

Also, I need to hang my license with a broker. Initially I was setup to work with a large national firm, but have second thoughts now. I have to work this part-time for now as I have a fulltime and a part-time job currently. Can anybody recommend a small broker in DFW that will work with my part-time status??

Thanks in advance for all your input!

-James
