I have been able to gather little knowledge about each area, but never dove deep into the community aspect of any of them.

Happy to hear that, I don't know when you were here last, I would say its worth checking us out now and seeing all the amazing things going on around town, we are a whole new city in every corner and every aspect.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of STRU's through Airbnb, etc., and am happy to provide help and guidance to anyone in that area, and hope I can be helpful.In my daily life I am a Life & Business Coach, and avid outdoorsman, spending as much time as I can hiking/exploring/camping deep in Angeles National Forest.

Since I sold maintenance agreements, I touched on every aspect you mentioned above and worked with some asst living facilities. 

I want to find something similar that is available to the public that is  equally all encompassing.  

Not sure exactly what you mean by the "traditional law" -- we're not looking to change any aspects of real estate law.
