Hi All,

I'm new to the site, but have been reading some posts through the app for a few weeks.  Good stuff!

Does anyone know of a good software that can forecast for retirement planning? I know of a specific program available only to certified financial planners that is a subscription based product where they can plug in every detail of all assets and liabilities and then put in anticipated inflation/appreciation/annual rent increase/maintenance and increases etc. and then forecast out to any point in the future and see your projected cash flows, retirement accounts, debt balances, net worth etc. - basically a tool they use to then sell you on why you should buy their given shiny financial product of the day.  I want to find something similar that is available to the public that is  equally all encompassing.  Preferably web based so that it updates as improvements are made, where I can plug in loans, investments, and any other assets to get projections and schedules to look at different scenarios of investments and debt pay-downs.  Not interested in basic free home budget type programs.  I want to be able to add in multiple mortgages with amortization tables, retirement accounts, and other investment interests.

Any ideas would be great.  Thanks in advance,

Regan
