This is a very difficult strategy. 

We need to consider different strategies than our lower-priced ones.

But overall, I highly recommend considering Section 8 tenants as part of your rental strategy.

Even if you don't plan to sell, you'll always want to be analyzing all potential exit strategies (including selling). 

I also enjoy underwriting multifamily and coming up with investment strategies, as it will be my next big move as well!

I would highly recommend implementing this investment strategy first so you can dip your toes into real estate before trying to tackle a BRRRR deal.
