A tenant I have now is driving me crazy with her expectations.She bought new blinds for the house, although there were already blinds there and said I have to give her the money for them.She said if I expect them to cut the grass (which is now a foot high), I need to buy a lawn mower for them.She said I had to replace all power outlets in the house because they are old.The demands simply never end.

I've run my numbers assuming a worst case scenario of a $1mm valuation but I know its worth more even if i discount the price per square foot down by 20%.

A new concrete pier footing and a longer post on the pier footing sometimes will do the trick just fine and that's only a few hundred dollars worth of work without requiring engineering.
