I believe Universal Insurance does it - the one with the red elephant in the logo. 

After unsuccessfully looking for multifamily homes near the University of West Florida I purchased an acre in an amazing location.

The main driver of all is development in the central corridor around Saint Louis University and Cortex (tech center), up to Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Cleveland State University's student services did not even call  back.  

With that said, there seems to be demand growth in the neighborhoods near downtown like University Circle, Ohio City and Tremont.All in all, I prefer Chicago because of the appreciation potential on top of the cash flow, even though Cleveland can offer a stronger cash flow return, generally speaking. 

I am a project manager working at a university for an Air Force research project involving additive manufacturing during the day.

The last 2 properties I bought were in Dolton and University Park and being from Michigan, for buying a property, the experience of dealing with the village was very new to me.

I am a final year medical student studying at Liverpool University, England.

In the area around Washburn University I would only slightly disagree.  

@David Stone Columbus has a strong market for rentals especially with the university.
