Best Cities for starting out with multi-family in Ohio?

I am located in Central Ohio and las looking for some cities with decent rents and lots of multi-family units. And eventually would like to buy larger apartment complexes also. I plan on using a PM, so as long as it's in Ohio it should be fine.(I was checking out Cincinnati but not sure how good it is)

David,

We are seeing a lot of interesting opportunities in Columbus and Cincinnati as we move into 2017. We look nationwide and have a full time analyst on staff.  We typically target about 5 large MSAs nationwide that have good growth to value characteristics so this should tell you something.  I grew up in Cincinnati and my business partner resides there which is even more important for getting a pulse on what's happening there.
