Hello! I'm Jonathan Kelly and am a relatively new member to the site. I've been listening to the podcasts for about 2 years and just listed my first flip yesterday! I am a project manager working at a university for an Air Force research project involving additive manufacturing during the day. I am also a licensed real estate agent. I originally obtained my license to help in my investing and usually just focus on family and friends but am open to other opportunities.
