Our focus would be near Lake Michigan from about Holland south to as far as Michigan City.We also have some interest in the long term rental market in the Ann Arbor area. being near the university we understand there is a large demand for housing, but prices are high right now.

I would think that in my Salt Lake Market it do a basic building of that configuration you would be looking at the mid to high $200's a square foot for hard costs.
