Hello!
I am looking for additional buyers to add to my buyers list. I will be increasing my inventory soon and will want additional buyer for this inventory. I currently only purchase in Lake, Dupage, McHenry, Dupage, Kendall, Kane and Cook counties. For the most part, most of my inventory has been Single Family, 3/1 or more. I have had a few Town Homes and Condos but only in areas that hold value. If you buy in other counties I will see what I can pick up, just let me know. I purchase "on and off" market properties at discounted prices and wholesale at deep discounts.
