its all about technique.. and why some are winners and some will never do anything with wholesaling or sales of RE they simply dont implement and have the skills needed. 

Perhaps talking to people will help you with your people skills which is clearly something you're lacking.

Sales is a great opportunity to build all the skills that you will need to make you a very successful person in communication so take advantage of every opportunity that you get.

Would this still be considered a security since the success of the investment would not be relying on the success and skill of the sponsor.

We are skilled at taking over a property like yours, marketing for tenants, screening tenants, completing the leasing correctly, move-in and then ongoing monitoring of the tenant, property etc.You want someone local that has Chandler properties, vendors etc.

In my experience, trying to earn additional profit by doing the work yourself is a really bad idea...especially if it's your first project...I am a skilled tradesman.
