In addition to my prior question, do these real estate exam-prep packages cover all the required college-level courses, or will I have to separately take the required college-level courses at a college/online college? 

I am an IT professional looking to take that next step in my financial package and start investing in RE.  

The WORST place to also get this information is from “guru’s” selling you these fancy corporation document packages as it’s like the car dealer selling you under carriage protection.

They will recommend a sealing and maintenance package within two years at about 10% of the prices above.This was based on square feet.  

I'm actually looking at 2 properties this seller owns (the other is an office building) and may buy both as a package deal. 

I recently was trying for 3 package deal here in Arlington (2 quadplexes and a triplex) but the owner was insisting on $249k each for the quads and $199k for the triplex. 

Most of these things are not scams, but you may find more success connecting with local Knoxville REIA members or like-minded investors until you have the capital to buy into one of the more intensive packages.

Hi gang - I just purchased a package of properties and two of them are strong owner finance candidates.  

Banks only look at an (one) executed purchase contract, along with the seller's completed short sale package, get a BPO, then make a decision.  

Missouri usually has good NPN's, but foreclosure attorneys I have contacted wanted $6K to $7K for a complete foreclosure package.
