Hello everyone,  Bob from west chester, Pa here. I am an IT professional looking to take that next step in my financial package and start investing in RE.  I have owned a couple primary residents but no investment properties. I have a construction, hotel maintenance background prior to my IT career. Hoping those skills will pay off in RE.  Right now I am looking to learn as much as possible. Maybe starting with a rental and then explore the niches from there.  Thanks.

Hi Bob,

    Welcome to BP!

I would recommend reading the forums and listening to the BP and other podcasts.

The local REI (DIG) is also very helpful. The Montgomery and Chester county subgroups meet the 2nd Wed of the month. Contact @Steve Babiak if you would like to attend.

What type of REI are you looking to conduct?
