If you don't have those, consider installing them; they're inexpensive installations that solve a host of problems.

I have been thinking of hosting one on East side though.

Not to mention, if your LLC owns, and you are renting from your LLC, there are a host of other issues, tax and otherwise.

Also the meeting I was planning to attend has location TBD and it's hosted by the DMV-Real Estate Investors Meet Up group.

This could mean an NMLS registration, state license requirements, compliance with RESPA, TILA (Dodd-Frank), the SAFE Act, and a whole host of disclosures and restrictions to which business purpose loans are exempt.
