New to Real Estate Investing in MN

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself and my goals . 

About me : My name is Tyler Eastburn. 26 years old . Born and raised in Minnesota.   I have been working in the low voltage industry for 5 years. Mainly 2 way public safety and cell phone reamplification in commercial and multi family units. 

My goals: My goal is to pick up /learn as much as possible from professionals in the industry. I would like to eventually start getting my feet wet. If that means working with/for someone and learning by doing (my preferred method) than so be it. The end result I'm looking for is to create a passive income stream and hopefully become self employed one day soon.
