Hey guys, I just attended the Rich Dad, Poor Dad Legacy weekend workshop and I am completely sold on the idea of real estate investing.

We post our meetings and workshops on the calendar here on BP - working on the September 10th MAREI meeting on Rehabbing houses today.We have networking from 6 to 7, and a guest speaker from 7 to 9. 

We use this as our home, office, work shop, and storage for both properties.

I decided to attend the Rich Dad 3 day workshop for $500.

I like when people are straight with me and don't sugar coat things, that is when you actually get the most helpful advice... so here is yours, you need to either find a mentor, go to a seminar/workshop or spend hours reading / asking questions here (or all of the above) before you go try to do deals, especially million dollar ones ;)
