I need help putting a private equity fund together.
I manage 200 units, own the real estate development company that does all the work and have many units lined up for investors as well as investors in place. Really struggling with putting a deal together where we are all in the best position possible. Would love to pick the brain on some people with experience in the field as I have only done this a couple years. Thank you in advance!
