I know if you get 10 pilots in a room and ask them how best to set up workflow (displays, data entry, etc), you get 10 different answers.

He's not carrying 300 pieces of drywall for my project :-)).He also has a Home Depot Pro Account which he would normally use to get materials, so my workflow is no different than what he normally does for his business (except he bills directly to me).To your point about firing stupid contractors, can you pls elaborate on why?

What do you foresee using an app for when you get to that point: workflow management, rehab estimation?

I live in Kailua now and plan to connect with Investment properties and fellow investors to detail business strategies, strengthen workflow processes, and possible partnership development.

Still a challenge to balance the work flow of 2 growing businesses...but love the organized chaos :)

My issue is my workflow is so ingrained in me I'm worried it'll be counterproductive to switch.

I would ask what kind of work flow software they use such as ProcessSt, Trello, etc.

The fact that you deflect such questions and actual RE discussion and rather prefer to pound your chest about how many units you own and try to knock me down in order to build yourself up is very telling too, BTW.In the case that you are purely #2 above (which of course you would never admit), then my advice would be to insert some humility into your workflow, and do it fast ... guys like you that think they are immune to market forces and can't lose money in a hot market are really a dime a dozen, and whether they invest in CA, Ohio, or any and all points out side and in between, the market has a way of humbling them in the long run.

That means having a solid understanding of the work flow, documents needed, alternative steps to take if need be.
