(no fun)I do testify in court as a mortgage lending expert witness, so I am at least qualified to say that when borrowers can't make payments, they often sue or otherwise challenge the legality of your loan origination.Hope this is helpful.

I found out when I go an IRATE phone call from the agent who had last listed unit #2 - she accused me of stealing her photos.

I do hate the idea of re-trading on deal but this is the second sewer back up we have witnessed.

So, our target now is getting to the circuit courts, and appealing higher, because I don't think you can get a fair break in district court from what I witnessed.
