My wife and I own a Business Coaching & Bookkeeping Business and a Candle Business that focuses on more natural scents using products that offer a clean burn. 

In eight years the most staging I've ever done is a shower curtain and maybe a few candles if I really think it needs to pop.  

You can also see the wall in the back left that was demoed due to a leaking wax ring in the bathroom. ( I didn't even mention that above...)So this wall in the dining rom was actually 1/3 lathe and plaster, 1/3 drywall, and 1/3 chicken wire, rebar, and cement...GC says that's a first for him.

What I might recommend doing is in your lease have a spot that says clogged toilets and drains are the tenants responsibility and addressing what should not be put in the toilet or drains (ie wax, toys, female products, grease ect) .

Really, by itself it's ok, not much different than a candle.

The majority of Todays lot couldn't hold a candle to your father.

towels,  candles,. welcome sign,  etc. 

Had to replace them again.I have some cheap Project Source toilets that have a great flush, but the wax ring it comes with is small and rigid.  

Years of burning the candle at both ends from having to work instead of sleep (nevermind a social life) has left me extremely motivated to find something different! 

Selling candles, doing contractor work, cleaning cars, day trading stocks, blogging, etc.
