Is anyone investing in texas (in long-term rentals) that knows about this and has experience with this?

This is based on my experience, I used to be on the guru “circuit” years ago, and personally knew most of the gurus of the 1970 - 1980s. 4.

Would love to connect and hear about your experiences as a realtor and investor.

My primary focus is on maximizing cash flow.Does anyone has experience with STRs in Aspen, I’d love to hear your advice or insights!

This has been my experience and I live in an ultra-competitive market.

Nights, weekends, holidays, etc.To keep this on-topic, though...DO figure out what's healthy for you to manage but remember it's a process where every experience teaches you good and bad (and be patient with that process).DON'T sweat the small stuff (damage/costs under $50, undisclosed dogs, etc.) but DO find a way to learn, prevent, put in better practices to maintain your sanity. 

Others may have personal experience to share.

I do NOT have enough knowledge or experience in this arena to provide specific “how to” accomplish this, or even to provide specific”proof” of my position.  

I made the mistake of letting someone get in one of my first units that was a bit off the 3 times, they were great tenants very kind and enjoyed their stay and experience with me, but could not afford it when I increased the rent on them, which is something you will have to do because of rising insurance/tax costs.5.)

Overall was a good experience but probably not what an investor would be looking for.
