If you have money, buy a the right price, and know contractors that will do good work and are trustworthy, I'm sure you can drastically reduce the time you spend on the flip, but comes at the cost of profits.

An investor I know said that my best bet would be to attract a good set of trustworthy investors and require a fee whenever I make a real estate connection.

Ideally they would be trustworthy, proven track record etc - Two things I'm looking to gain: Experience & Equity.
