Wholesaling in areas Title companies do not assign contracts

Hello BP,

Sorry for the long title, but thats the exact issue. Most title companies in my area will not let anyone assign a contract. What should we do in situations like this? Should I get a real estate lawyer?

An investor I know said that my best bet would be to attract a good set of trustworthy investors and require a fee whenever I make a real estate connection. This sounds doable but I would suspect going this way would mean less potential profit.
