Over the last two years I discovered I had essentially killed my kidneys by the long time over use of Advil and just last month had a kidney transplant.

I was born in NY, but was transplanted to southern CA when i was a grommet.

The strong economy, desirability of transplants to the area and lack of affordability of purchasing SFR makes for a strong rental market.

I doubt if I read for the next ten years that I would be qualified to perform a heart transplant.

My youngest child had a heart transplant as an infant.
