Newbie Moving to Montgomery Alabama

Hi,

My name is Jared Grady and I am moving from Los Angeles to Montgomery Alabama in July (2018).  I am active duty Air Force and manage weapons development programs.  I bought my first home in 2004 while attending college in Daytona Beach, FL.  Because of the downturn in the real estate market, I was unable to sell that house when I graduated so I kept it as a rental instead.  That was how I accidentally became involved in real estate investing.  Since then, I’ve purchased four additional single-family homes (two more in Daytona Beach and two in Colorado Springs) that I self-manage as rentals.  I’m looking to continue to grow my real estate portfolio and plan to eventually move into multi-family properties.
