Check foreclosure sale prices in the Bay Area

My husband and I left the Bay Area so that we could start owning property. Now a year later, we have 2 properties in Texas and a baby on the way and are looking to move back to the area next year.

We want to buy a low market value house either in foreclosure or in need of big repairs.

Where is a good place to look for historical auction prices? I’m trying to get an idea on how much the houses under foreclosure are selling for.

What’s a good way to find the fixer upper homes in the Bay Area?

Thank you!
