Has anyone attended the Multifamily Technology and Entrepreneurship Conference (MTEC)?

I am really looking into VA's but I think I need to find ways to train them first through technology.

I know that no matter what our first deal looks like, there will be some kind of rehab involved and I want to learn-by-doing as much as I can.I don't have an abundance of time, as I work full-time as a Product Manager in Technology for Disney...but I have some evenings to spare and most weekends with enough notice.

You would think they would have a way to check for fraud now days with the advancements in technology and if it’s such a problem why don’t all the loans have this rule.

I want to thank the collective wisdom of bigger pockets community that enabled me to grow from 13 doors to 75 doors in 2 years while also holding a full time job in technology (I own and self manage these properties with a 50% partner).

Other companies, that are looking to relocate to the U.S. will know that Amazon has spent a lot of money and looked from every angle at the hundred of cities that made proposals.So, to be named in the top 20, even if Amazon chooses somewhere else, shows that those cities have a ton of things to offer and will likely draw other companies to take a closer look at them for potential location.http://money.cnn.com/2018/05/17/technology/amazon-hq2-cities/index.html
