19 cities by-passed by Amazon, in favor of.......?

I hadn't really thought of this angle, but makes perfect sense.

Regardless of which city is being picked, from the top 20 potential Amazon HQ2 locations, they'll all win. 

Other companies, that are looking to relocate to the U.S. will know that Amazon has spent a lot of money and looked from every angle at the hundred of cities that made proposals.

So, to be named in the top 20, even if Amazon chooses somewhere else, shows that those cities have a ton of things to offer and will likely draw other companies to take a closer look at them for potential location.
