Many of those remote buyers will not be able to afford to fill up monster trucks and SUVs to make that commute to work.I'll be interested to see how zoning changes/increased density actually works.When I lived in CA almost all my staff lived with family. 

My staff knows that if an owner is calling that they need to do their best to answer that call.We do not allow the tenants to make repairs whatsoever.

Its tough to answer without knowing where you intend on going, and what your staff's strengths are. 

They can do pretty much any type of inspection and have engineers on staff.

Hi, as a veteran in WA state looking to get my first deal in real estate at times it's overwhelming and I could use some help with finding that first opportunity whether it be wholesaling or storage unit investing, etc.

You might go to the planning and zoning office IN person, don't call, and talk to planning staff. 

Then the complaint to the ag started.. at the end of the day looks like this guys is going to get it for tax evasion.. but the AG and the IRS don't talk.. so it will be 3 years now and word has it he will be indicted this summer.. so it just takes time as they build the case .. like the guy I am talking about they go warrants for all the bank accounts warrants  for his computers and his staff's computers..
