The Deal....Preforeclosure 2/1.5, last unit in row of 6 townhouses (built early 1900), 100yds from highway offramp (bit of an eye sore but trees block noise well and can't beat the location (fenced back yard=no noise) in great area walking distance to 2 hospitals, 3 breweries, downtown area, college town but far from the school, big military town.3.

(This was a house that was gifted to me,  and has been int he same family since the 1960's or so...).To me, it's a slight eye sore, as well as a potential sanitation issue, if not now, then at some point.

I'm Currently Active duty Navy in the Hampton Roads area ....I'm fresh in the world of investing but I've always wanted this since I was 17 years old and the Carlton Sheets era was bombing lol but money wasn't the motive I've worked house and help my dad around the house and that feeling of ownership and knowing that taking an eye sore and making it your vision is one of the besting feeling ever.
