My Sister in Law is a realtor, so we hear about them quick.  

I get a lot of mailers from B2R and their sister company (I forget the name) but have not used them.  

@GregsRe: Internet access Wifi "child porn" actually happened  my sister-in-law she owned and lived in her 4 plex she offered free internet Wifi to her tenants, they had the sign on code,, they passed it on... to somebody...that guy didn't live there but used their wifi account and was a pervert.So mean while,, everybody in the 4 plex had the cops in each unit, they took all hard drives, laptops, even digital cameras as part of investigation. and it was a huge mess.

My father-in-law own a maintenance and construction business and my wife and Sister-in-law have the time available for research and research.

(I really got it for her and my 2 little sisters although we all currently live in this house) I definitely don't want another mortgage and do not want to pay to much rent.

I have been interested in looking into investing in Texas or Portland(Oregon) since my sister is there. 

I am looking for a 150+ unit complex as a sponsor, along w/ my sister-in-law and another partner, and we will not be resorting to those types of fees, either.   

With my sister just a 10 minute walk renting in Belmont.  

Because I live outside the state, my sister as been managing the properties for me. 

My family (parents, sisters, nephews, nieces, and cousins) all live in San Antonio.
