Then they have packages and you are paying for stuff monthly you do not use and sifting and sorting through junk steps to get to where you want to go.

Um well since I got tagged...He mentioned in the initial post that he was sifting through several offers.

I've had people save my voicemails, but this doesn't compare to them sifting through their piled up mail and then seeing your letter.

So would you suggest writing down and sending letters to ALL the addresses of homes that are listed as FSBO rather than just searching and sifting through FSBO "motivated" ones?

When I am trying to connect with investors in the small state of Delaware and I have to sift through countless of blasted out posts a day about DSTs, it's extremely annoying.

Just sifting for the needle in the haystack.
