Greetings, all!

I'm Greg Shinn, from Havre de Grace, Maryland. My wife Annie and I have been educating ourselves through reading, BP, and the local REIA in order to start REI.

We haven't started yet (other than our home, which has given us LOTS of experience at being handy), but hope that very soon we'll be able to jump in, probably with partners until we learn the ropes.

We intend to start out as rehabbers, and as we gain capital buy and hold for passive income.
