But if I remember correctly, it mentions the Fed keeping rates down to just shy of 0% after a relatively mild recession at the beginning of 2000 in all of one sentence and all but completely ignores Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac encouraging subprime borrowing along with pretty much the entire government bureaucracy.
