Now pretty much everyone has heard of and probably has used at least one of those booking platforms. 

I have a listing that would be a good fit for the BP community but wanted to get some guidance on the process.I also wanted to hear other people's experience with listing on the BP platform.

Check if there are any restrictions on short-term rentals, in case you plan to list on platforms like Airbnb.Landlord-Tenant Laws: Familiarize yourself with landlord-tenant laws in your state regarding leases, tenant rights, and eviction processes.

What platform are you considering switching to?

I’ve seen many investors move their business banking to platforms like Bluevine because of the higher yield accounts and super convenient interfaces.

I like the idea of tracking every seller interaction in one place, but now I’m concerned we might end up with way too many properties in our CRM over time.For those of you who use platforms like PropStream or ListSource, are you calling and mailing directly off those lists without uploading them to your CRM?
